Alvin Deloyd Boese,75, left this life on Monday June 6,2011 after a long battle with cancer. He was born June 25, 1935 in Seiling, OK to Lucy and Tillman Boese.
Alvin and Mary were married November 3, 1963 in Las Vegas. They celebrated 46 years of marriage.
Alvin owned and operated Alvin's Wrecker Service for over 30 years. He was very active in the community, loved to help anyone in need and took great pride in his work.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lucy and Tillman Boese, sister, Sadie "Marcella" McCourt and sons, Marty Boese and Ronnie Caldwell.
He is survived by his wife Mary of the home; brothers, Renzer "Red" Boese and wife Mary of Enid, OK, Darrell Boese and wife Kathy of Enid, OK, daughters, Louise Huskey and husband Kenny of Apple Valley, CA, Kimberly Bennett and husband Robert of Kingfisher, OK, Amanda Louthan and husband Tyler of Enid, OK, sons, Tony Caldwell of Waukomis, OK, Terry Caldwell of Enid, OK, Thomas Boese of Wellston, OK; six grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and a large variety of loving friends and extended family.
Memorial Service will be at 10a.m Saturday June 11, 2011 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, Enid, OK. Pastor Matthew Thoms will officiate. Burial will be at the Waukomis Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6:30 – 8 pm at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
