The graveside service for Paula Raye Parrack Blaylock, age 65 will be held Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 4:00 pm at the Waukomis Cemetery. Pastor Tommy LeGrand will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Paula was born December 29, 1945 in Levelland, TX to Buck Raymond and Myrtle Gertrude Wilder Parrack and died December 14, 2011 at her home with her family.
She married Tony Blaylock on January 2, 1965 in Calvin, OK. She worked as a budget analyst in the civil service, retiring after 30 years. She was a wonderful wife and mother; loved casinos and her puppies.
Survivors include her husband Tony of the home, daughter, Twalla Wahl of Scott Township, PA.; sons: Troy Blaylock of Waukomis, Patrick Blaylock of Oklahoma City, and Todd and Jill Blaylock of Waukomis; 12 grandchildren: Kyle, Kurt, Kortni, Colton Wes, Sicilly, Sarah, Jacob, Kamren, Coltyn Ray, Jordyn, Romey, and Brynnadi ; father, Buck Parrack, mother-in-law, Ruby Blaylock, sister-in-law, Billie Webb, brother-in-law, Marvin Webb, and sister-in-law, Judy Parrack and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Parrack, mother, Myrtle Parrack and father-in-law, Ullis Blaylock.
