Rose M Bidwell, 85, of Enid, passed away October 30, 2014. At her request, no services are planned. Cremation was under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the family home from 6 to 8 PM on Sunday, November 2, 2014.
Rose was born February 6, 1929 in Blackwell, OK the daughter of James and Maude Mae Hurley Alexander. Rose attended schools in Jet and Nash and Nursing School in Cherokee, OK. She was united in marriage to David A Bidwell February 2, 1950. Rose was employed at Bass Baptist Hospital and Golden Oaks Retirement Center.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Bidwell-Hume of Tampa, FL, five grandchildren, Josh, Hayley, Nicolle, Danielle and Gregg, seven great-grandchildren and one great great-granddaughter and a nephew, Kent Blackledge and Stephanie McKnight. She was preceded in death by her husband, David, her parents, a daughter, Pam and a sister, Wanda.
