Antonia Best

Mass of Christian Burial for Antonia “Toni” Best, 71, of Enid, will be Tuesday, February 24, 2015, 2:00 PM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Rev. Carson Krittenbrink as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home from 6 to 7 PM Monday.

Toni was born January 6, 1944 in Gary Indiana the daughter of Zeno and Anna Mae Thatcher Dolasinski and passed away February 19, 2015. She was a graduate of W.A. Wirt High School in 1962 in Gary, Indiana. Toni was united in marriage to Roland “Ed” Best May 16, 1970 in Gary Indiana. She was a veteran of the United States Army. Toni was employed as a CNA for area nursing homes and a later a sales representative for Service Merchandise. Toni enjoyed boating and motorcycling and spending time with her husband driving cross country. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband Ed, three daughters, Darla Best,, Doreen Ward and Tracey Bowers-Best and son in-law, Tim Bowers, all of Enid, two sons, Thomas Graham and Roland Edward Best II and his wife, Loretta both of Lahoma, a step-son, Nathan Best of Milltown, IN, two step-daughters, Lisa Marie Casillo of South Bridge, MA and Jolene Bailey and her husband Joey of Sellersburg, IN., fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, three brothers, Allan Dolasinski and his wife, Harriet, Gary Dolasinski and his wife Vicki Lynn, both of Carmen, OK and Mark Dolasinski of Enid, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Irene and Whitty Wood.
