They had two beautiful daughters, Hailee Joe and Hannah Noel. Jesse moved up through the ranks to Corporal, later transferring to Enid Community Correctional Center in 2008 and there he was promoted to Lieutenant. In 2010, Jesse was then promoted to Chief of Security at the Waurika Community Work Center in Waurika, OK, and moved his family there. Jesse loved being involved in community events, activities, clean-ups and more. He was a reserved sheriff deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department from 2011-2015. Jesse rekindled a passion for riding again and got involved with the Downed Bikers Association. He loved riding, doing poker runs and benefits. He was elected Sergeant at Arms in 2020 and recently elected Vice President for the 2021 Enid Chapter. Jesse rode every chance he could, it didn’t usually matter most of the time the weather, but of course, if the weather was dangerous, he’d say, “not today.” He also completed several biker challenges and routes for his bucket list. Jesse loved to play pool and even joined a league to enjoy and some even called him a “pool shark.”

Jesse had many certifications and training through his career and life; he was CLEET Certified; MSF Rider Coach/Instructor; CPR/First Aid Instructor; OC Spray/Baton Instructor; Self-Defense Instructor; Basic Instructor Development Certificate and Self-Defense Instructor and Firearms Instructor. He was a huge fan of the Oklahoma Sooners football team and attended games through the years. He was a true patriot for his country, and very proud, and proudly wore it proudly tattooed on his arm and honored it.

Jesse did live a full life and did it all with the love of his life, Brandi, til the end. So as he told many passing, “See you later - Ride High.”
