Denby Baird

A Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Life for Denby “Jay” Baird, 49, of Enid, will be Saturday, June 6, 2015, 2:00 PM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Cremation is under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Denby was born September 30, 1965 in Casper, Wyoming the son of J Parke and Bessie Werling Baird and passed away at his home May 28, 2015. He was united in marriage to Mary Schwader May 21, 1985 in Casper, Wyoming and later divorced. He then married the love of his life, Tracey Dowling February 15, 2003 in Spring Hill, Florida. He was employed by Hedquist Construction in Casper, Wyoming and then moved to Enid where he was employed by Cummins Construction. Denby was an avid CB radio operator and is known by many as “Model Maker” and a Star Trek enthusiast. He was a member of the Jaycees, Senator #64476. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include his wife, Tracey, long time friend, Mary, other family and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
