He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Luella; son, John Hoover; two sisters, Donna Pedrick and Marjorie DeBusk; and step-daughter, Tamara Bell. He is survived by his wife Betty, of the home in Enid; two daughters, Jennifer Heffner of Cardiss, Wales; Julie Garrison and husband Eddie, of Norman, OK; step-son, Michael Bell, of Enid; four grandchildren, Royce Garrison, of Norman, OK; Katharine Heffner and Daniel Heffner, of Austin, TX; Casey Hoover and wife Amanda, of Oklahoma City, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews.
