A Celebration of Life service for LeRoy A. Schultz age 91 of Breckinridge will be 2:00 pm Sunday, March 19, 2017 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Breckinridge with Rev. Travis Orr officiating. Burial will follow in the Lutheran Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

LeRoy was born June 25, 1925 on the family farm near Breckinridge to Louis and Hulda Mueller Schultz and passed away in Greenbrier Nursing Home on March 15, 2017.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1945 and was a military guard at Ft. Leavenworth, KS. After that he returned to the Breckinridge area and lived there all of his life until moving to Enid in 2014.

LeRoy was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Breckinridge. He retired from Caton Lumber Co. after many years in the lumber business. After retirement, he and his neighbor and friend, Jim Treat, owned and operated J & L Turf Grass Farm.

He is survived by his nieces Darla Albright, Carol Staggs, Wilma Grimes, Delores Roberts and nephews Steven and Greg Schultz and great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
